In 2017, the tournament takes place across Friday 17^th of April, Saturday 18^th of April and Sunday 19^th of April. All teams will have games on the Friday and Saturday while the Sunday is reserved for teams that make the final stage of the tournament.

With Barcelona being an hour’s drive from Lloret de Mar, many teams take the chance to tour the capital of Catalonia and even take in a game or tour at the world famous Camp Nou stadium.

In 2016, over 50 teams, hailing from 11 different countries, took part in the event and the Barcelona Football Festival welcomes boys and girls teams. The tournament is played out on the Saturday and Sunday, making this an ideal weekend break trip.

Donosti Cup in San Sebastian

This tournament takes place in July and welcomes more than 300 teams from all around the world. One of the perks of this tournament, located in the northern coast of Spain in the stunning seaside resort of San Sebastian, is the fact that it takes part in the training complex and grounds of Real Sociedad. Having the chance to use the same facilities and playing surfaces as leading professional players is a great thrill for many youngsters. Participation in the Donosti Cup allows youngsters to say they played on the same surface as players like Messi, Ronaldo, Gareth Bale and the other fantastic players that ply their trade in La Liga.

In 2017, the tournament was scheduled to run between Monday 3^rd of July and Saturday 8^th of July.
